Role Description The Hotel Maintenance Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations within the hotel, including inspecting and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair issues to ensure safety and functionality.

The Hotel Maintenance

Executive coordinates with vendors and other departments for timely repairs, maintains maintenance logs, and supports preventive maintenance schedules for rooms, common areas, and hotel equipment. The role also involves monitoring maintenance budgets, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with the hotel management team to provide a comfortable and well-maintained environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills to coordinate with management, vendors, and hotel staff, and to clearly document maintenance activities.




- Ability to manage budgets and control maintenance costs while ensuring timely procurement of materials and services.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills to work effectively with external contractors and service providers.
- Understanding of hospitality operations and guest service standards, with a focus on maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
- Team management skills to guide maintenance staff, allocate tasks, and support collaborative problem-solving.
- Hands-on experience in hotel or facility maintenance (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices for hotel infrastructure and equipment.
- Relevant technical qualification or diploma in maintenance, engineering, or a related field preferred.
