The Warden is responsible for the overall administration, discipline, safety, and welfare.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Supervise the daily activities and overall functioning of the hostel.

- Maintain discipline and ensure students follow hostel rules and regulations.

- Monitor student attendance, entry, exit, and hostel timings.

- Ensure the safety and security of students within the hostel premises.

- Conduct regular hostel inspections and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.

- Address student complaints, grievances, and accommodation-related issues.

- Coordinate with security personnel, housekeeping staff, and maintenance teams.

- Monitor visitors and maintain visitor registers and student records.

- Handle emergencies and report major incidents to the university administration.

- Ensure proper maintenance of hostel facilities, furniture, and equipment.

- Coordinate with parents, university authorities, and other departments when required.

- Submit daily reports and report disciplinary issues to the concerned authorities.

Qulaification & Experience:

- Any degree with related experience

- Experience : 1 to 3 Years of experience has hostel warden
