We are looking for a Hospitality Supervisor (Golf Club) to oversee the day-to-day hospitality and housekeeping operations of the golf club. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, facilities, and overall hospitality standards across the club premises.

Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping and hospitality operations across the golf club premises.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of club areas, lounges, dining areas, washrooms, reception areas, common areas, and other facilities and monitor the overall maintenance
- Ensure staff follow proper cleaning, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises and identify maintenance or cleanliness issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for electrical, plumbing, equipment, furniture, and general maintenance requirements.
- Ensure all facilities are ready and maintained properly for club members, guests, and events.
- Maintain adequate stock of cleaning materials, housekeeping supplies, toiletries, and other operational requirements.




- Handle and resolve day-to-day operational issues related to housekeeping and facility upkeep.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth club operations and member satisfaction.
- Maintain daily checklists, housekeeping records, maintenance reports, and staff attendance.
- Support the management in maintaining the overall skilled appearance and hospitality standards of the golf club.

Qualifications:

- Education: Any degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in hospitality, housekeeping, facility management, club operations, or a similar role.
- Good communication and supervisory skills.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and willing to handle day-to-day operational requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
