Generate home loan leads through field visits, referrals, builders, brokers and other sources. Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements and explain available loan options. Collect and check customer documents and KYC details.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan login, processing, sanction and disbursement. Follow up with customers and bank teams throughout the loan process. Build and maintain solid relationships with customers and business partners.
Work toward monthly sales targets and provide regular updates to the team.
