Job Summary The Individual Relationship Officer (IRO) Rural Home Loans is responsible for sourcing and acquiring customers in rural and semi-urban areas for home loan products. The role involves generating leads, meeting prospective customers, assessing basic eligibility, collecting documents, coordinating with credit and operations teams, and ensuring loan disbursement while achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads for rural home loans through field visits, referrals, local contacts, and customer references.
- Identify customers looking to purchase, construct, renovate, or extend residential properties.
- Source eligible customers from rural and semi-urban locations.
- Explain loan products,



interest rates, eligibility criteria, repayment terms, and documentation requirements.
- Collect KYC documents, income proofs, property documents, and other required paperwork.
- Conduct customer visits and coordinate property inspections and verification.
- Work with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams to process loan applications.
- Follow up on loan applications from login to sanction and disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales targets for loan sourcing and disbursement.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure compliance with company policies.
