Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients at home as per the care plan prescribed by the treating physician.

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, wound dressing, IV infusions, catheterization, and other nursing procedures.

Assess patient condition, document daily progress, and report any changes to the doctor and Home Care Manager promptly.

Educate patients and family members on disease management, medication compliance, diet, and preventive care.

Maintain accurate nursing records, patient charts, and daily care reports.

Ensure infection control measures and safety protocols are followed at the patient's home.

Coordinate with doctors, physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.

Handle medical equipment properly and ensure timely maintenance.Maintain patient confidentiality, dignity, and compassionate care at all times.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
