Job Summary We are launching a new home loan brand. Over the years, we have seen home buyers struggle with the home loan journey, and now we want to solve it. We are looking for a Home Loan Advisor who will own each customer's home loan journey end to end, from the first conversation through sanction and disbursement, and stay with them after. Leads are provided by the company, so the focus is fully on serving every customer well, not on chasing sales.

Responsibilities

- Speak to every new lead the same day, and understand the customer's property, profile and timeline in full.
- Collect, check and organise documents for salaried and self-employed customers.
- Coordinate with lenders through file login, credit queries, sanction, agreement and disbursement, and keep the customer informed at every step.
- Explain loan terms, sanction letters and costs to customers in plain words.
- Stay in touch after disbursement, keep the customers loan record current, and flag balance-transfer opportunities over the years.
- Keep trackers and CRM records accurate for every case.
- Follow our SOP and help improve it,



so every customer gets the same calm, complete experience.
- Act with integrity and take full ownership of your cases, end to end. Never mislead or mis-advise a customer. Qualifications & Requirements

- Academic background: Bachelors / Masters in commerce, finance, management or a relevant field.
- Working knowledge of home loan documents, eligibility, FOIR, LTV and CIBIL, and how credit, legal and technical checks work is a plus, not a must.

Above all, you should be trainable and quick to learn.

- Relationships with bankers, or the ability to build them, to keep files moving.
- Clear, calm communication in English and Hindi.

Knowing more languages, such as Marathi or Gujarati, will be beneficial.

- Comfort with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business and AI tools.
- Experience with balance-transfer, NRI or self-employed cases is a plus.

- Comfortable working from our office in Andheri East, 5 days a week. Skills & Competencies
