UFlex Ltd. is looking for Holography - Technical Trainee - Production to join our energetic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Support the production team in the manufacturing of holographic security elements by operating basic machinery, handling raw materials, and performing routine tasks under supervision. Learn and follow standard operating procedures for various stages of production such as embossing, coating, and slitting. Monitor production parameters and report deviations to senior staff.
Assist in performing visual and mechanical quality checks during and after production. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area. Help in documentation and data entry related to machine usage, batch processing, and output quantities.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to report minor breakdowns or faults. Take part in cross - functional training sessions to gain exposure to different areas of holography manufacturing.
