Hiring: Senior Manager Total Rewards & Analytics

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Compensation & Benefits strategy, annual increment cycles, bonus plans and salary benchmarking.
- Design incentive structures for blue-collar/frontline employees.
- Drive HR analytics, workforce cost analysis, attrition modelling and management dashboards.
- Analyse payroll costs, overtime, absenteeism and workforce productivity.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian labour laws, PF, ESIC and minimum wage regulations.
- Partner with HR, Finance and Operations leadership to drive data-backed decisions.

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
- Strong expertise in HR analytics, advanced Excel and Power BI/Tableau.
- Experience managing blue-collar/frontline workforce compensation is highly preferred.
- Solid analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
