We are looking for an experienced Product Design Lead to design and develop high-speed interconnect products for Telecom, Networking, Datacenter, Server, Storage, and Industrial applications. The role involves driving the complete product lifecycle, from concept and validation through production launch and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design and development of mechanical connector products and high-speed interconnect solutions.
2. Translate customer and industry requirements into innovative product designs.
3. Collaborate with Signal Integrity, Mechanical Integrity, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
4. Perform GD&T; and tolerance stack-up analysis.
5. Drive DFM, DFA, DFMA, prototyping, tooling, qualification, and production readiness activities.
6. Support NPI/NPD programs from concept through mass production.
7. Develop test plans, technical documentation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

- bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- 5-15 years of product design experience with solid exposure to connector design and high-speed interconnect products.
- Proficiency in Creo, SolidWorks, or NX. Strong knowledge of GD&T;, tolerance analysis, material selection, and FEA.




- Good to have experience in Electrical and electronic products
- Experience with stamping, molding, tooling, plating, copper alloys, and engineering plastics.
- Experience driving NPI/NPD programs from concept to production.
