NLB Healthcare is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Recruiter Interns to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. The internship will provide hands-on experience in healthcare recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and international recruitment projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for healthcare recruitment projects.
- Connect with nurses and other healthcare professionals through calls and online platforms.
- Explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, and recruitment processes to candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:



Graduation or MBA (HR/Marketing preferred).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and the healthcare industry.
