Hiring Retail & Distribution Head for a Chemical Industry in Hyderabad

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 15+ years

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute retail & distribution growth strategy.

- Drive top-line and bottom-line performance across regions.

- Strengthen distributor, retailer, applicator, and influencer networks.

- Lead business expansion, current product launches, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Monitor sales performance, profitability, working capital, and operational efficiency.

- Build and mentor regional sales leadership teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, and Marketing.

- Represent the company with key customers, industry bodies, and strategic partners.

- North India Exposure is must.
