Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
- Handle international voice process for clients across various countries including Rotational shift.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in an International Voice Process environment (BPO/Call Centre).
- Strong English language proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts including rotational shifts (24x7) as per business requirements.
