Hiring for HR Recruiter / Recruitment Consultant !

Rivera Manpower Services is looking for motivated and target-oriented Consultancy Recruiters / Recruitment Consultants to join our growing recruitment team in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing positions across multiple industries for reputed clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.




- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining candidate quality.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and client stakeholders.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment.
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive coordination, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with up to 4 years of experience can apply.
- Prior experience in consultancy or agency recruitment is an added advantage.
- Candidates must currently be based in Bengaluru.
