Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls related to banking services.
- Assist customers with banking queries, account-related concerns, transactions, and service requests.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints and queries professionally within defined timelines.
- Explain banking products, services, and procedures clearly to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for timely resolution.




- Follow banking policies, compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality standards.
- Meet quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and process performance targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience is mandatory.
- Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong customer-handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Prior experience in banking, BFSI, customer support, or a voice process is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
