Role & responsibilities
- Recruitment of agents & nurturing agents for health insurance sales Licensing and activation of the agents.
- Providing adequate knowledge of all the health products in coordination with ART team.
- Achievement of month wise & year wise KPI targets allotted Maintaining positive business relationships with the agents, system inward process and driving annual summit / other contest related aspects.
- Educational Qualifications Graduation (Any)
- Competencies Required: Excellent communication Skills, , people management, objection handling GI industry knowledge & product knowledge
Location-Pan India Experience - Relevant BFSI experience
