Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer queries related to international banking products and services • Provide accurate, prompt, and empathetic customer support





• Achieve first-contact resolution (FCR) across customer interactions

• Identify and recommend value-added banking products based on customer needs

• Adhere to banking regulations, compliance requirements, and quality benchmarks

• Maintain detailed and accurate interaction documentation

• Meet assigned individual KPIs, productivity, and sales targets

• Handle escalations professionally and resolve conflicts effectively
