Role &

Responsibilities :

- Acquire current customers for CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products through field sales.

- Identify and approach potential customers, including individuals, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).

- Promote and sell banking products to meet monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, and networking.

- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and KYC procedures.

- Coordinate with the branch team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

- Achieve assigned business development and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Full-time graduate from a regular college (10+2+3 or 10+2+4).

- 15 years of experience in CASA or Current Account field sales.

- Age between 22 and 28 years.





- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for field sales and customer meetings.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of developing new business opportunities.
