Role & responsibilities

- Consistently achieve annual business targets in line with organizational objectives
- Ensure profitability is maintained across all proposals and business engagements
- Generate high-quality leads and effectively convert them into business opportunities
- Support the department through timely preparation and submission of business proposals and RFQs,
- leveraging current best practices and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, driving profitability and

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities




- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development
- Strong financial acumen in B2B sales, including conversion cost analysis, and IRR calculations
- Solid understanding of sales principles and methodologies
- Hands-on experience with contemporary sales tools and techniques
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, including Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
