Role & responsibilities :

- Prepare Quarterly & annual financial statements as per IND AS of the Subsidiaries of listed Company.

- Reviewing location accounts which are closed by location Accounts Manager.

- Ensuring the Tax Audit is closed within timelines of the subsidiary Companies.

- Co-ordinating with statutory auditor & tax auditor & closing audits with the timelines with no adverse remark.

- Exposure to merger & acquisition transactions.

- Co-ordinating with consultant & getting income tax assessment completed with the help of consultant for subsidiaries.

- Checking the MIS, book closing, Inventory and others with financial impact of subsidiaries as per the process set by the Company.

- Ensuring other statutory compliance of Subsidiaries is closed within timelines.

- Assist in various Accounting and Finance process improvement activities

Preferred candidate profile

- 3-4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries

- Robust analytical skills.

- Knowledge of advance excel
- The ability to develop strategy from in-depth analysis.

- Hands-on experience in finalization of accounts, including sales and purchase, income tax, expenses, fixed assets, and foreign currency unrealized entries.
