Hiring: Delivery Director Healthcare (US Staffing)

Location: Dehradun

Experience: 12 to 18+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Director to lead and scale US Healthcare Staffing operations, driving recruitment delivery, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale US healthcare recruitment teams across Nursing, Allied Health, and Locum Tenens.
- Drive placements, starts, fulfillment rates, and delivery KPIs.
- Manage Delivery Managers, Team Leads, and Recruiters.
- Collaborate with US clients, Account Management, and Business Development teams.
- Optimize recruitment processes and ensure credentialing and onboarding compliance.

Requirements:

- 12 to 18+ years of experience in US Staffing, with robust expertise in US Healthcare Staffing.
- Proven experience managing large delivery teams and achieving business targets.
- Strong knowledge of US healthcare recruitment, client delivery, and credentialing.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
