Greetings from Savista!! We are looking for an Assistant Manager Workforce Management with solid expertise in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Workforce Analytics, and Resource Planning.

Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have prior experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

Key Responsibilities

- Develop short-, mid-, and long-term workforce forecasts and capacity plans.
- Analyze workload, productivity, business trends, and staffing requirements.
- Calculate FTE requirements and identify staffing gaps.
- Recommend hiring, cross-skilling, overtime, and resource allocation strategies.
- Conduct scenario planning and workforce optimization.
- Develop workforce dashboards and MIS reports.
- Track KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Capacity Utilization, Productivity,



Occupancy, and Hiring Forecast Accuracy.
- Partner with Operations, Recruitment, HR, Training, and Finance teams.
- Present workforce insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive process improvements and workforce planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

- Bachelors degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Workforce Management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Forecasting, Capacity Planning, Workforce Analytics, Resource Planning, and Staffing Models.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Data Analysis).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Experience in Healthcare RCM is mandatory
- Knowledge of statistical forecasting and predictive analytics.
- Experience in workforce scheduling and real-time management.
