Laser Cutting Helper We are looking for a hardworking Laser Cutting Helper to join our team at Averland. You will assist the machine operator and keep the cutting section running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities: Load and unload metal sheets on the laser cutting machine Help the operator set up material and positioning Move, stack, and sort cut parts and scrap Check cut parts for basic quality, such as burrs, size, and finish Keep the machine area and workstation clean and organised Follow all safety rules and wear PPE (gloves, safety shoes, goggles) Report any machine issues or defects to the supervisor Requirements: 0-2 years of experience in a laser cutting, sheet metal, or fabrication unit (freshers can apply) Able to lift and handle metal sheets and parts Basic understanding of measurements and drawings is a plus Willing to work in shifts if needed Punctual, disciplined, and ready to learn Education: 8th/10th pass or ITI preferred We Offer: On-the-job training to grow into a Laser Machine Operator Secure working environment Timely salary and a growth path
