Location: Chennai (Candidates should be residing within 20 km of DLF IT Park)

Work Mode: 100% Work From Office

Experience: 3-8 Years

What You'll Do

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, access, and network connectivity issues

Manage incidents and service requests efficiently while ensuring SLA adherence

Handle complex technical issues and coordinate escalations when required

Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions within ITSM tools

Deliver excellent customer support with clear and professional communication

Collaborate with internal technical teams for timely issue resolution

Create and maintain knowledge articles, process documents, and troubleshooting guides





Identify recurring issues and drive improvements in service delivery and first-call resolution

Mentor junior support engineers and contribute to team development

Consistently achieve productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and SLA targets

What We're Looking For

3-8 years of experience in IT Help Desk / Technical Support / Service Desk roles

Strong understanding of Windows environments, hardware, software, networking, and access management

Experience with ITSM tools and ticket management processes

Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills

Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment
