Role Description The Healthcare Specialist at PubMatic will support the health and safety of team members at the Nagpur office by providing basic medical assessment, first-aid response, and coordination of care when needed. This full time, on-site role includes maintaining medical supplies, documenting health-related incidents, and helping develop health and wellness initiatives in alignment with company policies.

Specialist will conduct periodic training sessions on emergency response, workplace health practices, and basic life support. This role will also involve clear communication with employees, local healthcare providers,



and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate medical support.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess healthcare-related skills such as Medicine and Healthcare knowledge to assess basic medical needs and support employee well-being.
- Candidates should possess emergency response skills such as EMT training or equivalent first-aid and life-support certification.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with employees, healthcare providers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to deliver health, safety, and emergency response sessions to staff.
- Relevant diploma or degree in nursing, paramedical sciences, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- Experience in occupational health, corporate healthcare, or clinic/hospital settings will be an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and use sound judgment in medical situations.
- Familiarity with local health regulations, workplace safety standards, and incident documentation practices is beneficial.
