Candidates with strong expertise in Physician Billing (PB), end-to-end denial management, and insurance follow-ups are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of US healthcare billing processes, and the ability to resolve outstanding claims efficiently.

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle outbound calls to US insurance companies regarding outstanding accounts receivable claims. Perform end-to-end denial management, including denial identification, analysis, follow-up, and resolution. Investigate unpaid, underpaid, rejected, and denied insurance claims.

Follow up with insurance payers to obtain claim status, payment updates, and reasons for denials. Identify denial trends and take appropriate action to resolve claim issues. Review EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and insurance payment details.

Maintain accurate documentation of claim follow-ups and account updates. Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.



Ensure timely follow-up on pending claims to reduce outstanding AR. Communicate professionally with US insurance representatives and adhere to process guidelines.

Eligibility

CriteriaMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in US Healthcare AR Calling. Strong knowledge of Physician Billing (PB) and end-to-end denial management. Any degree is mandatory.

Excellent

English communication skills. Valuable understanding of US healthcare billing and insurance processes. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Immediate joiners are preferred.
