- Selling Health Insurance Products to warm/interested leads provided by the company
- NO cold calling, NO random calling only pre-qualified interested customer leads
- Outbound insurance sales / telesales process converting company-provided leads into policy sales
- Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs in a fixed day-shift environment

Eligibility / Desired Candidate Profile:

- Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA preferred




- 0-6 months' experience in outbound insurance sales, telesales, or BPO sales process
- Prior tele sales experience in Health Insurance will be an added advantage
- Excellent English communication and convincing/selling skills

Compensation & Perks:

- CTC: Rs. 2.6 LPA Rs. 3.5 LPA (based on qualification, experience & interview)
