We are looking for a skilled Application Support L2 professional with 1 to 6 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills for application support.

Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support for application servers such as Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, NGINX, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle WebLogic, and IIS.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to database servers including Oracle Database, MySQL, and Maria DB.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of applications and systems.
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance application performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards and best practices.

Job Requirements

- Strong knowledge of application server technologies including Tomcat, Apache HTTPD, NGINX,



Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle WebLogic, and IIS.
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of database servers such as Oracle Database, MySQL, and Maria DB.
- Experience with operating systems including Windows and Linux Server.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and coordination skills for application support.
- Knowledge of additional application and database technologies is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in B.E/B.TECH, M.E/MTech, MCA, or M.Sc.(IT/CS/Software Systems) is required.
