Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee capabilities, focusing on digital learning, product training, and capability building.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and design customized solutions that meet business objectives.

- Manage the development of e-learning modules, instructor-led sessions, and other forms of interactive learning experiences.

- Analyze training effectiveness through metrics such as knowledge retention rates, skill improvement scores, and feedback from participants.

Job Requirements :

- 12-18 years of experience in Head Training & Development or related field.

- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective training programs using various modalities (digital/instructor-led).

- Solid understanding of gamification principles for engaging learners in online courses/workshops.

- Experience with LMS administration, including user management, course creation/maintenance/reporting.
