The role demands owning and scaling global Engineering Intelligence product business, converting engineering IP, AI platforms and domain expertise into differentiated, repeatable and profitable offerings. This role is Horizontal serving the verticals below. Must have worked in two or three Industries in Digital Engineering for Mobility (Road, Rail, Aero) Manufacturing, Plant Engineering , Medical Instruments , Telecom & Media

Responsibilities

1. Define portfolio vision, strategy, roadmaps, and investment priorities across AI for PDLC, SDLC and PLM.
2. Own bookings, revenue, margin, recurring revenue, and portfolio P&L; commit to targets and run a rigorous operating cadence.
3. Create scalable business models spanning license, subscription, consumption, outcome-based and managed-service constructs.
4. Lead product positioning, packaging, pricing, go-to-market and strategic customer pursuits with Sales and industry leadership.
5. Work through a global matrix with Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure implementation quality, adoption, and customer value.
6. Make decisive, evidence-led pivots based on market signals,



product economics, customer feedback, and technology evolution.
7. Build cloud, frontier-model and engineering partnerships while ensuring responsible AI, security, and governance.

ENGINEERING PROFILE

- Founder mindset with the confidence and passion to create a category-defining Engineering Intelligence business.
- Proven product leader with deep experience in engineering software, digital engineering, PLM, ALM, SDLC or product-development platforms.
- Demonstrated ownership of a material product revenue portfolio and success taking offerings from concept to commercial scale.
- Commercially astute, with robust command of product economics, pricing, partnerships, enterprise sales, and customer success.
- Conversant with Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLM ecosystems, multi-agent architectures, and enterprise AI governance.
- Influential matrix leader able to align product, architecture, engineering, delivery, sales, marketing, and industry teams.
- Credible executive communicator who translates technology into customer and business impact.
