Our offline studios and assisted-buying capabilities play a critical role in this journey. We’re looking for a dynamic business leader to take this forward, strengthen our customer-facing capabilities and drive the next phase of growth.

The role will focus on:

- Retail Leadership: Drive performance, productivity and customer experience across our offline studio network.
- Consumer Activation: Convert consumer interest into purchase through effective engagement and assisted-selling journeys.
- Sales Excellence: Improve conversion rates, average order value and revenue productivity across customer touchpoints.
- Customer Experience: Build a seamless journey across our digital platform, offline studios and assisted-buying channels.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to improve studio economics,



unlock growth and build scalable operating models.
- Team Leadership: Build high-performing teams with a solid culture of ownership, accountability and customer obsession.

Who are we looking for?

A commercially sharp leader with experience in retail, consumer businesses or omnichannel commerce. Someone who understands customer behaviour, knows how to build and scale teams, and can translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

Experience in furniture, home, lifestyle or other consumer-facing businesses would be an advantage.
