Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operation/Business Developemnt with a strong background in IT services and digital marketing agencies to lead business development, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business development, sales, and revenue generation for IT and digital marketing services.
- Acquire new clients for web development, software development, mobile apps, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Manage Development target and deadlines
- Develop business strategies, sales plans, and revenue targets.
- Manage and guide the business development and sales teams.
- Build robust client relationships and maintain long-term business partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, revenue targets, and team productivity.
- Coordinate with project and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.





Eligibility & Experience:

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development or leadership roles within an IT company or digital marketing agency.
- Prior experience working with an IT services company or digital marketing agency is mandatory.
- Proven track record in client acquisition, sales, and revenue generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Understanding of IT services, web development, software solutions, and digital marketing.
