We are looking for a result-driven, high-energy leader for the Growth & Operations role. As a core member of our early-stage group of businesses, you will hold complete accountability and end-to-end ownership for driving business expansion, strategic planning, and operational excellence. - Full Ownership & Accountability: Take complete responsibility for top-line revenue, business outcomes, and P&L; performance.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Structure, organize, and execute strategic growth, channel expansion, and commercial operations.
- Passionate & High Energy: Drive ambitious business expansion initiatives with a self-motivated, problem-solving mindset suited for an early-stage startup environment.
- Multi-Tasking Capability: Seamlessly balance strategic growth initiatives, high-stakes enterprise relationships, ground execution, and cross-functional operational workflows simultaneously.
- Stakeholder & Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior internal leadership,



enterprise partners, and strategic network channels.
- GTM & Initiative Launch: Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for current business verticals, defining sharp implementation plans and monitoring performance metrics.
- Data-Driven Operations: Establish robust frameworks, operational SLAs, and quantitative tracking mechanisms to optimize unit economics and performance across teams.

WHAT TO BRING

- Experience (Main Focus): 10 years of relevant experience is preferred; 6 years of strong, high-impact track record in growth, strategy, or operations With, Relevant operational experience and execution capabilities are the primary criteria.
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. degree from a decent engineering college (Mandatory), MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- Startup Mindset: Prior experience in an early-stage startup or scaling a multi-business enterprise, with proven comfort in managing ambiguity and fast-paced growth.
- Smart Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with smart interpersonal negotiation and leadership capabilities.
- Core Attributes: Strong problem-solving ability, high ownership mindset, strategic thinking, and a passion for multi-tasking in a high-growth environment.
- Availability: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period (30 days or less) will be prioritized.
