Ensures product availability & inventory control: Line fill rate for > 99% with zero outage of core product

Maintain Inventory at distribution centres (DC) without buildup of Dairy & Poultry





Timely Launch of all Limited Time Offers / Test Monthly S&OP; calls: Coordinating with Yum

India, supplier as well as KFC & Pizza Hut brand operations team for timely launch of the current product/menu across.

Conduct monthly S&OP; meetings with operations team leading to demand planning.

Responsible to ensure control over invoice rejection: Invoice rejection control for both DC &

DSD level timely payment to vendors, arranging ledgers

Auto Replenishment System: Implementation & Stabilization of system

Team Training and Development: Team development plan & timely trainings
