The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Business / Operations to lead and grow our India operations.

The role will have responsibility for business growth, customer relationships, people leadership, delivery, staffing, operational excellence, and supporting the growth of our technology products, including Inferyx.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and grow NAM Info's IT Services, Staffing and Product business in India.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers and strategic partners.
- Drive new business, account growth, revenue, margins, and profitability.
- Lead teams across sales, recruitment, technology, delivery, and operations.
- Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of software and technology projects.
- Develop scalable processes for staffing, resource management, project delivery, and operations.
- Identify opportunities to increase adoption of Inferyx and other technology solutions.




- Work closely with the US leadership team to align India and US business objectives.
- Develop and mentor high-performing teams and create a strong performance-oriented culture.
- Take overall responsibility for the effectiveness of day-to-day business operations.
- Establish scalable processes across sales, recruitment, staffing, delivery, finance, and administration.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and operating plans.
- Monitor revenue, gross margins, operating costs, utilization, and profitability.
- Establish operational metrics and continuously improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate

- 20 years of experience in IT Services, Software Services, Consulting, Staffing, or Product organizations.
- Strong experience in customer management and business development.
- Proven ability to lead and develop large, diverse teams.
- Experience managing revenue, margins, budgets, and operational performance.
- Good understanding of the IT Services and Staffing industry.
- Exposure to Data, AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Software is an advantage.
- Experience in selling or supporting technology products/platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on, commercially focused, and results-oriented.
