About the Role

Planning Labs is looking for an experienced Head of Client Servicing who can independently manage corporate clients, understand briefs, lead proposals, coordinate internal teams and develop long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate should understand both experiential marketing and digital marketing agency operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned corporate clients.
- Independently conduct client meetings and understand campaign requirements.
- Convert client briefs into clear internal creative and execution briefs.
- Coordinate with design, digital, production and operations teams.
- Oversee proposals, presentations, quotations and client approvals.
- Ensure timely delivery of client commitments and project milestones.
- Manage client expectations, feedback, revisions and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, repeat business and cross-selling.
- Conduct regular client reviews and maintain strong relationships.
- Track project timelines, client satisfaction and account profitability.
- Lead and mentor the client servicing team.




- Ensure structured client communication and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
- 5–8 years of client servicing or account management experience in an advertising, events, experiential or digital agency.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong PowerPoint presentation and proposal development skills.
- Confident in independently handling corporate clients and senior stakeholders.
- Good understanding of branding, marketing campaigns, events and digital services.
- Strong multitasking, planning and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts without constant supervision.

Preferred Candidate Someone who has handled corporate accounts, understands agency workflows and can independently take a client brief from the initial discussion through final delivery.
