In this context, we are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and dedicated Headmistress for our Vedritam Vidyalaya Dholera, Gujarat (CBSE Board) to lead academic operations, supervise teaching staff, ensure effective curriculum implementation, and maintain high standards of education and discipline. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership abilities and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily academic activities and school administration.
- Ensure effective implementation of the curriculum and academic plans.Support teacher development and students’ overall growth.
- Supervise, guide, and mentor teachers to improve teaching quality.
- Monitor syllabus completion, student performance, and assessment outcomes.




- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and school management.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and applicable CBSE guidelines.

Experience & Skills

- 10+ years of overall teaching/academic experience.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching and supervisory experience.
- Experience in a CBSE-affiliated school will be an added advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong leadership, staff management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage academic operations and lead a team effectively.
- Strong knowledge of academic planning, curriculum implementation, and school administration.

Educational qualification

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. or equivalent recognized teaching qualification, as applicable.

Salary shall commensurate with experience Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
