JOB SUMMARY

ACAO is a premium café specializing in chocolates, gelato, cakes, and other delightful desserts. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and responsible Head Manager to oversee daily café operations and ensure an excellent customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and support smooth café operations. Candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Freshers with suitable skills and a strong interest in hospitality may also be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage day-to-day café operations and ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
- Supervise, guide, and coordinate with café staff to maintain productivity and service quality.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and product freshness for chocolates, gelato, cakes, and other café products.
- Oversee billing, cash handling, daily sales records, and reporting.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and grooming standards across the café.
- Ensure proper product presentation, attractive displays, and adherence to brand standards.




- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and other relevant teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
- Support sales growth through customer engagement, product recommendations, and upselling.

REQUIREMENTS
- 0–2 years of experience in F&B;, cafés, restaurants, retail food service, or hospitality.
- Freshers with relevant skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of billing, inventory, and daily operational activities is preferred.
- Ability to coordinate a team and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional grooming, a positive attitude, and a customer-first approach.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
