- As an SAP Fiori/UI5 Developer in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Environment, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP Fiori and UI5 solutions to enhance the user experience for HCM processes

- This role involves collaborating with HCM business stakeholders, understanding their requirements,



and delivering intuitive and efficient Fiori/UI5 applications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Analysis:

- Collaborate with HCM business users to gather and analyze requirements for Fiori/UI5 applications.

- Understand and document user experience needs in the context of HCM processes.

- SAP Fiori/UI5 Development:

- Design and develop SAP Fiori/UI5 applications to address HCM requirements.

- Customize Fiori apps to ensure alignment with HCM processes and workflows.

- User Interface (UI) Design:

- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
