Position: Mechanical Design Engineer / Quality Checker (Lead Engineer, Technical Lead, Senior Technical Lead, Technical Manager)

Experience: 5-15 years

Skill:

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or production engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the wind energy industry.

Required Skills -CAD Design Engineer (UGNX)

- Strong expertise in NX CAD (mandatory).
- Experience with Teamcenter.
- Knowledge of sheet metal and welded structure design.
- Good understanding of GD&T; and engineering tolerances.
- Familiarity with international mechanical design standards.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Required Skills- Design Quality Checker (UGNX)

- Strong expertise in Siemens NX (UGNX) modeling, assembly, and drafting.
- Good knowledge of GD&T; (ASME Y14.5)



and engineering drawing standards.
- Experience in Teamcenter/PLM environments.
- Understanding of sheet metal, machined, fabricated, cast, and welded components.
- Ability to perform tolerance stack-up and quality audits of CAD deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills- Creo with windchill

- Extensive experience in Creo · Experience in windchill ·
- Design Experience on HVAC-R products Understanding of manufacturing process and design of Sheet metal components and Copper tubing.
- Experience on GD&T; and tolerancing.
- Understand the ECN (Engineering Change Notice) requirements and execute the tasks · Good communication skills
- CREO & Windchill knowledge is a MUST. (HVAC domain or similar products knowledge is an added advantage)

Required Skills- Creo parametric with Sheetmetal

- Good experience in Creo Parametric.
- Good knowledge of Part Modeling.
- Valuable knowledge of Sheet Metal Module.
- Experience in 2D Detailing and Manufacturing Drawings.
- Experience in Assembly Modeling, Assembly Restructuring, including re-organizing assembly hierarchies, component replacement, BOM alignment,
- Knowledge on Teamcenter and Windchill
