Role: Back Office Executive

Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai

Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to handle documentation, data entry, record maintenance, and day-to-day administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain agreements, letters, reports, and other documents.
- Manage physical and digital records accurately.
- Handle data entry and maintain day-to-day documentation.
- Work on MS Word & Excel for reports and records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support routine office operations.




- Respond to basic queries and assist customer-facing teams when required.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

- HSC / Graduate.
- Solid spoken Gujarati is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email, and basic computer applications.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in back office, administration, documentation, or real estate will be an advantage.
