We are looking for a skilled Guidewire Business Analyst with 7-10 years of experience in Insurance and Guidewire. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in requirement gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process analysis.

Roles and Responsibility

- Gather and document requirements for L2 and L3 tickets, including testing support and system documentation.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Analyze processes and improve them using Agile and cross-functional collaboration techniques.
- Lead and oversee the compliance effort to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date requirement and documentation.
- Participate in Sprint Planning to ensure timely delivery of projects.

Job Requirements

- Strong experience in Insurance and Guidewire,



with expertise in core skills such as requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with process analysis and improvement, and proficiency in Agile and cross-functional collaboration.
- A strong understanding of rating experience, ISO, and compliance is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have Guidewire ACE Certification.
- Shift timings are IST hours, with weekend shifts (BST).
- Weekends off, with 24X5 on-call support.
- Experience with ISO and compliance is preferred.
- Experience with Guidewire Business Analysis is preferred.
