Job Title: Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Guest Service Associate to manage routine guest interactions and daily hotel operations independently during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage guest check-in, check-out, bookings, and communication.
- Handle payments, billing, and shift records accurately.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Handle guest requests, queries, and routine complaints professionally.
- Monitor hotel property conditions and report maintenance issues.
- Follow operational SOPs and maintain service standards.

Requirements:





- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and billing skills.
- Ability to handle guest requests independently.
- Qualified attitude, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
