Role Description The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering high-quality, professional support to clients and their customers in a remote environment. In this full-time role, the Guest Service Agent will handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly and courteously. Daily tasks include managing customer requests, updating records and documentation, coordinating with internal and client teams, and ensuring that service standards and performance metrics are consistently met.





The role also involves identifying opportunities to improve processes, maintaining clear communication, and representing ANR Business Consulting and its clients with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and client-facing skills, including active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to compose explicit, concise, and accurate messages.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, ticketing tools, and other digital platforms to manage customer interactions and records.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and service requests.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrate reliability, and meet established performance targets.
- Experience in hospitality, customer support, call centers, or related service roles is beneficial.
- Familiarity with international clients and multicultural environments is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
