Location: The Citadel Cocktails & Cuisine, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests warmly.
- Handle guest reservations and seating arrangements.
- Assist guests with their queries and requirements.
- Coordinate with the Service and Operations teams.
- Handle guest feedback politely and professionally.
- Assist VIP guests and during special events.
- Ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English.
- Pleasant personality, confidence and proper grooming.
- Hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
Salary: As per experience and skills. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
