We are looking for a customer-focused and well-organized Guest Relations Executive to support student enquiries and maintain positive relationships with students and their families who are exploring international education opportunities.

The candidate will assist with enquiries, coordinate appointments, provide general information about study abroad services, and ensure a qualified and welcoming experience for students throughout their interaction with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome students and visitors and assist them with general enquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Schedule student consultations and coordinate appointments with the counselling team.
- Provide general information about available study abroad services and application procedures.
- Maintain accurate enquiry records and update student information in the company's system.
- Follow up with prospective students regarding scheduled consultations and requested information.
- Coordinate with counsellors and other departments to ensure timely communication.




- Collect student feedback and assist in resolving service-related concerns.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and follow company policies.
- Support day-to-day office administration and student relationship activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Malayalam is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and office applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a qualified approach to customer service.
- Ability to organize enquiries, maintain records, and coordinate appointments.
- Freshers may apply. Previous experience in customer service, student support, front office, or education services is an advantage.
