Job Summary

We are seeking a polished, articulate, and customer-centric Guest Relations Executive to manage the first impression and overall visitor experience at our premium real estate sales office and experience centre. As the primary point of contact, you will bridge the gap between incoming clients and our internal Sales and CRM teams.

The ideal candidate will combine luxury hospitality standards with sharp administrative skills to ensure every prospective buyer, channel partner, and high-net-worth individual (HWI) receives a frictionless, premium experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Guest Experience Management

- First Impression: Greet walk-in customers, channel partners, and VIP guests with a warm, skilled, and confident demeanor.
- Lounge Management: Maintain the presentation, hygiene, and ambience of the reception, waiting lounges, and AV experience rooms.
- Hospitality Coordination: Oversee the serving of refreshments and manage pantry staff to match 5-star hospitality standards.

2. Customer & Site Visit Coordination





- Guided Support: Assist visitors with registration forms and preliminary documentation, providing high-level information about the project layout.
- Sales Alignment: Seamlessly tag and route walk-in clients to available Sales Executives using internal rosters.
- Calendar Management: Coordinate schedules for site visits, virtual presentations, and alignment meetings between clients and management.

3. Data Management & CRM Logging

- Lead Tracking: Diligently capture visitor details and source tracking information into the company’s CRM / ERP system.
- Feedback Collection: Hand out feedback/comment cards to prospects post-tour and maintain accurate digital logs for analysis.
- Documentation Support: Maintain physical and digital customer file setups before handing them off to the CRM documentation wing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
