Role Description The GSA Service role is a full-time, in office position based at Oshin Calicut in Kozhikode. The team member will handle front-office operations, including welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and responding to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via digital channels. Daily responsibilities include coordinating room allocations, assisting with reservations, processing payments, and providing information about hotel facilities,



local attractions, and transportation options.

The role also involves resolving guest concerns, promoting hotel services and special offers, and ensuring high standards of hospitality and professionalism in every interaction. Collaboration with housekeeping, food and beverage, and other departments is essential to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales abilities and Communication skills to promote hotel services and handle upselling opportunities.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills and basic Finance understanding to manage billing, payment processing, and reporting accurately.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front-office operations, along with basic computer literacy.
