About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Growth Manager to drive business growth through field sales, client acquisition, and relationship management in the stock broking and financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire new clients for Demat and Trading accounts through field sales and direct marketing.

Generate business leads through market visits, client references, and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.

Promote financial products and services, including equity broking and other investment solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Develop a strong local market network to increase client acquisition and business penetration.





Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account opening and client onboarding.

Track sales performance, follow up on leads, and submit regular business reports.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in field sales, business development, or financial services preferred.

Candidates with stock broking, banking, insurance, or investment product sales experience will be preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Target-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to travel for field sales activities.
