We are looking for a results-driven marketing professional based in Vadodara who understands modern digital marketing, AI-powered workflows, automation, and measurable business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who can do more than manage social media or run ads. We are looking for a person who understands how to turn marketing activity into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Performance Marketing

- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
- Build B2B lead-generation strategies targeting Australian businesses
- Develop marketing funnels, campaign landing pages, retargeting, and conversion strategies
- Improve lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign ROI

AI & Marketing Automation
- Use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging marketing AI platforms
- Build automated workflows using tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms
- Automate lead capture, CRM workflows, email sequences, campaign reporting, and follow-ups
- Identify opportunities to reduce repetitive work and improve marketing efficiency through AI

Content, SEO & Brand Marketing
- Develop clear, compelling content for websites, campaigns, email marketing, and social media
- Understand SEO, search intent, and AI-driven search discovery
- Manage content calendars and support creative marketing campaigns
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand voice suited to the Australian B2B market

Analytics & Conversion Optimisation
- Work confidently with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity,



and marketing dashboards
- Set up conversion tracking, UTM attribution, and performance reporting
- Analyse CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, qualified leads, and marketing-generated pipeline
- Make recommendations backed by evidence and performance data

Skills & Experience Required
- 3–6+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in B2B technology, IT services, SaaS, or similar industries
- Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and improving marketing performance
- Strong practical understanding of performance marketing, SEO, CRM, automation, and AI tools
- Experience building or managing complete marketing funnels
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear, professional English content
- Independent, proactive, and commercially minded
- Willingness to learn, test, and implement new marketing technologies

- Screenshots, dashboards, reports, or anonymised data that support the results
- A clear explanation of personal contribution and measurable outcomes achieved
